Tous deux assurent une meilleure protection de l'utilisateur de l'échelle, une stabilité et une durabilité accrues.<br><br>Les bandes de roulement antidérapantes R13 rendent ce modèle parfait pour les zones de travail humides et/ou huileuses car le risque de glisser est réduit, même avec des semelles de chaussures humides ou huileuses. Pour éviter que l'ensemble de l'escabeau ne glisse pendant les travaux, les extrémités des montants sont munies de pieds antidérapants. Toutes les variantes disposent d'une zone de préhension ergonomique avec un mécanisme de serrage qui protège contre l'ouverture involontaire de l'échelle pendant le transport. La conception conique favorise également une grande stabilité. L'échelle, qui peut être montée d'un seul côté, contient deux sangles à haute résistance comme dispositif anti-écartement à partir d'une variante à sept marches. En outre, il s'agit d'une version approuvée pour les Pays-Bas, conformément à la loi sur les matières premières. <br><br>Dans le cas du modèle qui peut être escaladé des deux côtés, les sangles sont déjà présentes comme dispositif anti-écartement à partir de la plus petite échelle.
